The company is engaged in activities in the plastics industry since 1989. In the beginning it was a close collaboration with Rim-Tech Inc., which dealt with reactive polyamide injection. Furthermore, it has been working in traditional injection molding technology, design and development of injection molds for plastic parts. Recently, the activity is enhanced by technology forms over 10 tonnes and the introduction of standard forms in practice.

We provide inspection documentation molds before submission to the tool maker, controlling the composition and testing molds, inspection standards and prepare the documentation necessary to fine tune moulds. Also we introduce standardization of molds in plastics production. We propose a directive concerning the connection molds on cooling andtemperature control media, hydraulics, air, electrical connections and components needed for the handling and security moulds. We make the design of injection molds for plastic parts, plastic parts development, analysis, demolding, filling cavities, deformation, performance time and pressures.

Mouldflow analysis - filling the mold cavity

Before the construction of forms we are able to analyze the performance of cavity design the most appropriate place runner, analysis, cooling, and deformation in the form of hot spots.
